He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Jacobson); his children, Greg (Judy), Darrin (Tracy) and Lesley Layer (Dominic); his grandchildren, Gregory Macek, Alexander Macek (Diana), Chelsea Macek (Kevin), Zachary Macek (Angelita), Travis Macek (Emily), Kaitlyn Layer and Julia Layer; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Ilyanah, Lailyn, Peri, Leni, Alba and Gabriel; and his sisters, Carole King and Deanna Hill.
