He was predeceased by: his father Don Carley, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his daughters, Robyn Andrew (Matt) and Erika Ma (Wei); his grandchildren, Nathan Spatny, Matthew Spatny, Lillian Ma, Adelynn Ma, Jaycie Ma, Jettson Ma and Carly Andrew; and his siblings, Arthur Ward Carley, III, Alan Carley (Janie) and Patricia Ann Luzniak (Ed). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.
