She was predeceased by: her mother Lorraine Moore (Wilson). She is survived by: her father Robert Moore of Sherve, Ohio; her husband Roy K. Garrett; her daughters, Amy Zepp (Jonathan) of Freedom Township and Kara DePasquale (Nicholas) of Seven Hills; her siblings, Jeff Moore, Keith Moore, Theresa Moore and Vickie Spainhour; and her grandchildren, T. J., Tyler, Garrett and Kaden.
