He is survived by: his children, Ethan Carter and Doress Rose; his mother Nancy Starcher; his brothers, Charles Carter (Brandy) and Travis Carter; his aunts and uncles, Cathy Dye, Dotti Dougherty, Pat Hanel, Roger Carter and Joey Carter; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Carter, Christopher Carter, Seth Carter, Dawson Carter, Charles Carter, Adreannia Carter and Cheyenne Carter. He is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
