He was predeceased by: his father Arthur J. Hall; his former wife Ruth Hall; his sons, Arthur C. Hall and Stephen D. Hall; and his siblings, Robert Hall and Lois Mae Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; and his son Norman Hall. He is also survived by 4 sons; several grandchildren, and many nephews, nieces, and friends.
