He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Fovozzo and Carmella Fovozzo; his wife Virginia Fovozzo; his children, Margaret Fovozzo and Joseph Fovozzo; and his siblings, Josephine Kuchar, Sam Fovozzo and Marie D'Agostino.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Fovozzo, Thomas A. Fovozzo, Jr. (Pattie), Bernadette Rakityan (John) and Ginny Turchi (Nick); his grandchildren, Nicholas Fovozzo (Daniella), Nicole Rakityan, Samantha Fovozzo, Johnny Rakityan (Kellyn), Isabella Rakityan, Drew Rakityan, Nicky Turchi, Carmine Turchi and Kenneth Schmid (Missy); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan, Nicholas, Giana, Simone, Rylie, Harper, Esme, Ava, Kristian, Genevieve and Alan; and his siblings, Carmen Fovozzo (Pat) and Joey Fovozzo.
