He was predeceased by: his parents, Imrich Urvay and Anna Talajka; and his brother Milan. He is survived by: his children, Melania (Aaron) and Jonathan; his grandchildren, Carmella, Alaina, Johnny and Ashton; and his brother Frank. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
