She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis J. Spuzzillo; and her parents, George Lemke and Virginia. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis A. Spuzzillo and Michael J. Spuzzillo (Kelly); her grandchildren, Sydney, Camryn and Zane; and her siblings, George Lemke Jr. and Pamela A. Lemke.
