She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Lakota and Anna Lakota (Barscy); her husband Richard E. Jablonski; and her siblings, Lottie Urban (Anthony), Sophie Paul (Michael), Joseph Lakota and Melvin Lakota.
She is survived by: her son Richard W. Jablonski; and her daughter-in-law Sarah E. McAchran, MD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her memory be made to St. John Cantius Church, Cleveland, Ohio.
