He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rita and Mary Rita; and his siblings, Marilyn, Robert (Carol), Stephen (Barb) and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Mirous (Mary), Miki McNally and Susan Kimbell (Wiley II); and his sister Patricia Chesney (late John). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
