Chester Balewski Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2023, at the age of 90, Chester Balewski Jr. of Garfield Heights, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Balewski; his mother Eva Balewski; his sister Dolores Phillips; and his sister-in-law Arlene Amari (Gene). He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Mark Balewski (Margaret) and Becky Gnatowski (Paul); his grandsons, Sean Balewski (Amanda), Joe Balewski (Veronica Brothwell), Paul Gnatowski and Matthew Gnatowski; his great grandchildren, Charlie and Liam Balewski; and his brother-in-law George Kaczmarek (Josie). He is also survived by his family and friends.

For those who wish, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Monica Church or to The Soldiers and Sailors Home in Sandusky, Ohio.
