He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lepley (Facemyer); his children, Kevin Lepley (Joely) of Fredericktown, Kyle Lepley (Sharon) of Howard and Kurt Lepley (Kim) of Gambier; his grandchildren, Kirsti Snyder (Zach), Kamron Lepley, Samatha Gray (Paul), Cora Lepley and Dash Lepley; his great grandchildren, Nora Snyder, Killian Snyder, Eva Gray and Hailey Gray; and his siblings, Jack Lepley (Jean) of Heath, James Lepley of Mount Vernon and Christine Crouch of Mount Vernon.
