He was predeceased by: his sister Judith Ridenbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lepley (Facemyer); his children, Kevin Lepley (Joely) of Fredericktown, Kyle Lepley (Sharon) of Howard and Kurt Lepley (Kim) of Gambier; his grandchildren, Kirsti Snyder (Zach), Kamron Lepley, Samatha Gray (Paul), Cora Lepley and Dash Lepley; his great grandchildren, Nora Snyder, Killian Snyder, Eva Gray and Hailey Gray; and his siblings, Jack Lepley (Jean) of Heath, James Lepley of Mount Vernon and Christine Crouch of Mount Vernon.

Memorial contributions in Tom's name may be made to Capital City Hospice.
