Ruth J. Johnson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth J. Johnson of Gambier, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Tier and Dessie Tier (Ashburn); her husband Robert Johnson; and her siblings, Helen Green and Earl Tier.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Robert Koontz (Jessica), Nicole Montoya-Bartok (Dustin) and Ronald Koontz (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Bridgette Koontz, Aubree Koontz, Charles Koontz, Gabriel Montoya, Ruby Bartok and Annaleigha Koontz; her siblings, Dale Tier, Harold Tier and Alice Smith; and her daughter Julie Raymer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
