He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Garner and Marilyn Garner (Stone); his brothers, James Garner and Ralph Garner (Marty); his sister-in-law Vickie Garner; his parents-in-law, William Linebaugh and Charlene Linebaugh; and his siblings-in-law, John Salyer and Judith Salyer.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Garner; his children, Jason Garner (Carrie) of Galloway and Lindsey Crist (Eric) of Prospect; his grandchildren, Hunter Taylor (Nicole), Brianna Garner, Kaylee Crist, Gavin Crist, Noah Crist, Owen Crist and Adalynn Crist; his brothers, Steve Garner (Marian) of Circleville, David Garner of Peebles, John Garner (Deneen) of Chillicothe and Bob Garner of Johnstown; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Furgeson of Middletown and Sandy Nemes (Mark) of Eastview, KY. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and his special friends.
