He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Katie; his brothers, John and Nelson; and his sons, Eric Marks and Brent Kauffman.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Marks; his sisters, Clara Miller (Levi) and Mattie Mast (Roy); his sons, Steve Kauffman (Heidi) of Fostoria, OH and Aaron Marks (Tiffany) of Monroe, MI; his grandchildren, Christopher Pompey, Tori Kauffman, Erin Nethers (Travis), Hunter Kauffman, Jessica Lance (Keith), Erica Kauffman and Will Kauffman; and his great grandchildren, Azula and Zarmella Kauffman.
