He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Sue Scoles; and his sister Wanda K. Davidson. He is survived by: his children, Earl G. Scoles Jr. of Butler, Kitty Fath (Larry) of Howard, Tonya Scoles of Mount Vernon, Steve Scoles Sr. of Heath and Jared Scoles (Andrea) of Gambier; his sister Nola Irene Veatch; and his friend Becky Pack. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen greatgrandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Roberts Funeral Home-Mount Vernon Chapel.
