She was predeceased by: her father Neil Albert; and her husband David L. Durbin. She is survived by: her children, David Michael Durbin (Donna) of Centerburg and Cristi Durbin Gates of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Amanda, Mikayla and Anna; her great grandchild Jace; and her close friend Jack Smith of Howard.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Knox County Dog Shelter, 285 Columbus Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
