He was predeceased by: his parents, Wert Meadows and Helen Meadows (Evans); his sister Wilma Froggatt (Meadows); and his nephew Scott Froggatt. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughters, Tiffany Mitchell and Nicole Dalton (Ian); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Trevor Mitchell and Abigail Dalton. He is also survived by numerous loving relatives and friends.
