We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2021, at the age of 64, Sandra Moore-Carter of Galloway, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett H. Moore Jr. and Ethel Moore; her siblings, Randy, David, Duane Moore and Katie Carter; her niece Ashley Stevens; and her nephew David Carter (Bub).
She is survived by: her daughter Tracie Rogers (Andre); her grandchildren, Devon (Sarah) and Devine (Daylan); and her close friends, Tammy Howard, Antoinette Broughton and Leci Feldser.
In lieu of flowers, she ask that all donations go to Samaritan's Purse.
