She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Beam and Doris Beam. She is survived by: her husband Parks L. Davis Sr.; her sons, Parks L. Davis Jr. (Kristin) and Shawn D. Davis (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Aubrey R. Davis, Parks A. Davis, Caleb D. Davis and Kylie J. Davis; and her siblings, Ann Shaner, Helen Diana and Donald Beam.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer society in Sandy's memory.
