He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his son PJ (Mandy); his siblings, David Adams (Sandy), Debbie Stewart (Ed), Tina Adams, Denise Johnson, Vicky Pickens (Tom), Lisa Germick (Todd) and Doris Stover (Rick); and his pet Vinnie.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to ASPCA, Franklin County Animal Shelter or Wounded Warriors.
