He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Peters Krekel of Galloway, OH; his siblings, Mike Krekel (Kathy) of Grand Rapids, SD, Susan Krekel of Waterloo, IL and Sandy Krekel of Firestone, CO; his children, Brian Krekel (Jamie) of Valmeyer, IL and Kristie Staggs (Bobby) of Florence, AL.; his grandchildren, Jake, Jayna, Violet Krekel, Charles Tyler, Samantha and Courtney Staggs; his siblings-in-law, Gary Peters (Debi) of West Jefferson, OH and Kathleen Feisley (James) of Brookville, OH; and his close friends, Sparky, Ruby and Beanie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
