He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his brother Harold Campbell (Shirley); and his children, Jenny White (John), Linda Groves (Greg), Sonja Moore (Mark), Connie Snyder (Joe), Richard Campbell and Chris Miller (Aquella Lovejoy). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
