He is survived by: his wife Amy Adams; his daughter Kristen Cummins (James); his grandsons, James, Dillon and Grant Cummins; his stepson Jeremy Burns (Ana); his stepgranddaughters, Elaina and Audrey Arthur; and his siblings, Georgia Patrick, Patricia Richardson, Margo Benham, Rickey Adams (Melissa), Melody Adams, Walter Adams, Luanne Hubbard (Bob) and James Adams (Tena). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
