He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Chesser and Barbara Chesser; and his sisters, Debbie and Diana. He is survived by: his wife Jodi Chesser; his sister-in-law Karen Wamsley (Phil); his siblings, Frank Penwell (Marilyn), Denise and Donna; and his aunt Peg. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and many friends.
