He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Waters and Reta Waters; his grandson Dale Waters; and his siblings, George Jr., Charles Waters, Ellen Stilwell, Lucille Moore and Dorothy Moore.
He is survived by: his sons, Andrew (Athena), Matthew (Jamie) and Benjamin; his grandchildren, Relann, Aria, Priscilla, Ava, Gavin, Levi, Alivia, Everly and Maverick; his former husbands, Frank Jr. Waters (Janie), Tim Waters and Joseph Waters (Angela); his daughters, Irene Hayes (Bob) and Sally Swayne (Steve); his grandchildren, Carl, Chrissy, Sheryl, Sarah, Solomon, Simeon and Samuel; and his wife Kathy. He is also survived by his children, 16 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home in Frank's name.
