It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Hazel (Galloway, Ohio), who passed away on February 19, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta R. (Dennis); his siblings, Neil (Jeanne) and Joyce Hade (Don); and his sons, Mark (Joyce), Paul (Beth) and Jay (Tami). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
