Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles R. Fugate; his siblings, Kenny, Ronnie, Peggy and Deanna Schlosser (Fugate); and his significant other Libby Corney.
He is survived by: his mother Mary L. Frey; and his brothers, Gary Fugate and David Fugate.
