He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Nance and Gertrude Nance; and his siblings, Calvin Nance, Waldo Nance, Forest Nance, Albert Eugene Nance, Betty Moler and Wilma Massie.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Rosemary Nance; his children, John Nance (Paula) of Peebles, Donna Hysell (Rick) of Gallipolis, Robert Nance of Gallipolis and Keith Nance (Teresa) of Cheshire; his grandchildren, Marianne Nance, Jody Tackett (Chris), Richard Chapman, Angie Nibert (Chris), Heather Beckwith (John), Corey Oxyer, Macyn Nance and Dayna Nance; his great grandchildren, Kody Lambert, Dekota Metzler, Cassie Nibert, Logan Nibert, Hunter Chapman, Madison Oxyer, Olivia Oxyer, Xavier Oxyer and William Carpenter; and his great great grandchild Beckham Smith.
