He is survived by: his wife Margaret Patterson McKinney; his children, Sammie McKinney (John Queen) of Gallipolis and Billy McKinney (Bambie) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Zach, Cole, Paul, Ryan, Steven, Emma Paislee and Shelby; and his siblings, Jimmy McKinney, Charles McKinney (Valerie), Eric McKinney, Pete McKinney (Joyce), Joan Swisher, Sally Woodall and Sue Missen.
