We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2019, at the age of 95, William H. Schoonover (Gallipolis, Ohio), born in Kanauga, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Homer and Thelma Daugherty Schoonover; and his siblings, Bobby Schoonover, Walter 'Junior' Schoonover and Wanda Lee.

He is survived by: his wife Leah Swann Schoonover of Gallipolis; his daughter Kim VanMeter (John) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Andrea Roberts (Jerrod) and Jonathan VanMeter (Jennifer Grubbs); his great grandchildren, Shiloh Roberts, Hanna Roberts, Abigail Roberts and Keaton VanMeter; and his sister-in-law Marian Schoonover of Gallipolis. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews, Great and Great Great Nieces and Nephews and Cousins.
