He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Garren and Elizabeth Garren (Williams) of Gallipolis, OH.; and his wife Joan Garren. He is survived by: his children, William Thomas Garren Jr. (Helen), Jeffrey Garren (Kris), Jonathon Garren (Lynn) and Pamela Laposki; and his sister Bette Tomes. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; many nieces, nephews, a host of dear friends.
