We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2020, at the age of 92, Wanda Lee Knapp Boggs of Gallipolis, Ohio, born in Spencer, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wanda Lee Knapp Boggs to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Knapp and Ruth Kendall Knapp; her husband Carl L. Boggs; her sisters, Emmaline Mullins (Leroy) and Wilma Russell (Eddie); her son-in-law Leslie Hechler; and her grandson-in-law Joe Wright.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Hechler of Richmond and Carla Beal (Bill) of Gallipolis; her granddaughters, Beth Waller (Nik) of Yorktown, Katie Brinkley (Jeff) of Richmond and Mandy Wright of Glouster, Ohio; and her sister-in-law Catherine Boggs of Belpre. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Those in attendance are asked to follow CDC guidelines of practicing social distancing and are required to follow the Ohio mandate of wearing face masks.
