He was predeceased by: his father James Shank; and his grandchild Damon. He is survived by: his mother Irene Zulpski Brown; his children, Timothy Shank Jr., David Shank (Jenny), Michael Shank (Kate), Amber Shank and Crystal White (Bus); the mothers of children, Renea Ponce and Carol Shank (Johnny); his significant other Cheryl Phillips; his siblings, Jacob Shank (Mellissa), James Shank II, Dee Tygart (David) and Yvonne Quarles; and his grandchildren, Shaun, Ethan, Owen, Aaliyah, Axiel, Elena, Isabella and Gabriella. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews.
