He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendolyn Ailene Gothard Neal and Paul Neal; his wife Frances Sanders Neal; his son Terry Randall Neal; and his brother Dave Bradley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patti Haig (Dave) and Peggy Saunders (Dennis) of Mercerville; his daughter-in-law Jodi Neal of Newark, Ohio; his grandsons, Ricky Watson (Kristin) and Parker Watson; his great grandchildren, Morgan and Makena Watson; and his brothers, Tom Neal (Linda) of McArthur and Tom Bradley (Kathy) of Heath, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A masonic service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
