He is survived by: his mother Lisa Hager Henry; his wife Danielle Meadows of West Virginia; his children, Michael Henry, Christopher Henry, Emberly Henry and Hayden Henry; his stepchildren, Riverlyn, Breonna and Braylon; and his siblings, Nicole Hager (Brian) of Gallipolis, Kelli Henry (Jerry Mollet) of Gallipolis and Ryan Henry (Rachelle) of Bidwell.
