He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Hayman Sr. and Nora Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Tina Hayman; his children, Amber Cox of Gallipolis, Ohio and Jacob Tyler Hayman of Salyersville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Early E. Hayman Jr. (Yvette Penick) of Gallipolis, Ohio, Carolyn Sue Prushua of Gallipolis, Ohio and Patricia Louise Fletcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
