She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel E. White Montgomery and Oris Needles; her husband David L. Lilly; her son David L. Lilly II; and her siblings, Ellen Addis, Gloria Jean Montgomery Simpkins, James Monroe Montgomery and Roger Lee Montgomery.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Brumfield of Tennessee and William Eugene "Bill" Montgomery of Crown City, Ohio..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
