She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Thorndyke and Hildred Stratton Thorndyke; and her brothers, Myron Thorndyke and Samuel Thorndyke. She is survived by: her spouse E. Richard Mahan; her sons, Samuel Wilkes of Gallipolis and Earl Wilkes (Venus) of San Diego, California.; her sisters-in-law, Judy Thorndyke, Mary Crews and Edna Tawney (Lawrence); and her close friends, Eric, Wendy, Cody, Taylor and Colton Russell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nephews, and great nieces.
