He is survived by: his parent Dana Lockhart Caldwell; his spouse Kim Hutchins Caldwell; his children, Garrett Caldwell of Wake Forest, NC and Gracee Caldwell of Gallipolis; and his siblings, Chris Clary (Rod) of Crown City and Tom Caldwell (Susan) of Crown City.
