He was predeceased by: his fathers, Junior John "J. J." McGuire and L. Oreatha Stevers McGuire Kaiser of Proctorville, Ohio.; and his sister Debbie Clary. He is survived by: his children, Scarlett B. McGuire of Nelsonville, Ohio and Saul Christopher Lu of San Francisco, California; his grandchildren, Mattison L. Tucker and Annastyn Lu; his siblings, Kathy Hall (Randy) of Proctorville, Tony McGuire of Crown City and Scott McGuire of Crown City; his close friend Shelly Sellers; and also Justus Sellers of Gallipolis.
