She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Halley and Lucy Cox Halley; and her siblings, Mary Lou Fitchpatrick, Norma Jean Shaver, Lula Mae Green, Everett Halley, Franklin Halley and Paul Halley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Siders of Gallipolis, Arlene Leach of Gallipolis, Patricia Beaver (Ivan) of Gallipolis, Rosalie Beaver (Pete) of Gallipolis, Christine Montgomery of Crown City and James Halley of Gallipolis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
