He was predeceased by: his father William Jack Ferguson; his brother Gary Ferguson; his mother-in-law Reba Wilcoxon; and his sister-in-law Carol Sue Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wilcoxon Ferguson of Gallipolis; his children, Megan Ferguson Remy of Gallipolis and Russell "Rusty" Ferguson of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Jude Remy and Coralee Remy; his siblings, Richard Ferguson of Gallipolis and Phyllis Jeannie Beaver of Gallipolis; his father-in-law Lawrence Wilcoxon of Gallipolis; his sisters-in-law, Jeannie Williams (Keith) of Gallipolis, Tara Whaley (Rick) of Gallipolis, Judy Wilcoxon of Gallipolis and Jody Wilcoxon of Gallipolis; and his pet Peach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
