He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bowcott and Bonnie Bowcott; his siblings-in-law, Henry Kay and Karen Bowcott; his nephew John Kay; and his parents-in-law, James V. and Esta Snodgrass.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Snodgrass Bowcott; his stepson Chad Burke; his grandchildren, Kylee Lucas (Heath) and Alexis Burke; his siblings, Mary Legue (Delbert), Wanda Kay, Lorraine Sprague (Roy) and Larry Bowcott; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Bost (Gary) and Tom Snodgrass; his nieces and nephews, Debbie Brown, Lisa Bechtle, Amy Sprague, Jamie Smith, Danny Legue, Eric Bowcott, Marisa Sanders, T. J. Snodgrass, Chris Smith, Brian Smith and Tricia Poncho; and his friends, Polly Bryant, Rob Massie and Rob Young. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
