He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Sprague; his daughter Amy Sprague of Gallipolis; his brother Herman Sprague (Allena) of Bidwell; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Legue (Delbert), Wanda Kay, Linda Bowcott and Larry Bowcott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
