He was predeceased by: his wife Doris E. Fulks; his children, Alison Daniels and Allen Fulks; his grandson Dustin Halley; and his siblings, Norma Johnson, Charles E. Fulks, Glenn O. Fulks, Claude V. Fulks, Joe B. Fulks and Leland K. Fulks.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Sibley (Todd) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Sommer Fulks, Luke Fulks Mick Sibley, Tessa Roberts (Keith), Alicia Rhodes (Chad), Bernie Fulks and Niki Kazee; and his great grandchildren, Dalton, Abby, Kennedi, Addison, Alexa, Dusty, Conner, Mackynlee, Carter and Kaia.
