He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Wolford and Lillian Blake Wolford; and his sisters, Ruby Wolford Halley and Jurrie Wolford Reynolds. He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene Wills of Grove City, Emma Estep of Gallipolis, Ohio and Richard Wolford (Carla) of Crown City, Ohio; and his niece Jennifer Wolford (Duane Hively). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
