He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fetterly and Rella Fetterly (Howard). He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Couch (late Claude) of South Point and James Earl (Roben) of Gallipolis; his nieces, Donna Crouch (Danny) of Salt Lick and Carol Ann Schamel of North Carolina; his great-nephew Howard Schamel, Jr. of North Carolina; and his caregivers, Sherry and Charles Sammut of Gallipolis, Ohio. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
