It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rochella Foster of Gallipolis, Ohio, born in Stone, Kentucky, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Thornberry and June Thornberry (Francis); her daughter Nancy Lynn Sanders (Foster); her grandparents, Hade, Rebecca Thornberry (Griffith), John and Cora Francis Justice (Mounts); and her stepmother Fannie Maynard Thornberry (Varney).
She is survived by: her son Matthew Foster (Tina); her grandchildren, Tyler Burns and Katelyn Foster; her siblings, Bonni Coyer Stewart (Thornberry), Laquita Steggeman (Ken) and Roger Thornberry (Donna); her stepsiblings, Linda Carter (Maynard), Betty Justice (Maynard) and John Maynard; and her nieces and nephews, Katrina Coyer McNelly (Tim), Nikole Coyer, Jackie Coyer Kauffman (Nate), Serena Thornberry Kassner (Tim), Heather Thornberry, Brian Steggeman (Betsy) and Eric T. Steggeman. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
