It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roberta Preston of Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilford N. Preston, Sr.; her parent Ursula Wooding Thompson; her stepfather Hastings Thompson; her brother Marvin J. Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Tiffany Grant and Braxton Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon K. Anderson (Christopher) of Columbus, Wilford N. (Cynthia) of Columbus and E. Anthony Preston (Karen) of Columbus; her grandchildren, LaTanya Anderson Smith (Bill) of Columbus, Christopher Anderson, Jr. of Columbus, Courtney Preston Howard of Columbus, Wilford N., III of Columbus, Ashley Preston of Columbus and Elise Preston (Toni) of New York; and her sister Marva Joan Thompson (Gallipolis). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
All COVID protocols will be in place with social distancing and masks will be required.
